Description
A stand-alone ceramic kamado charcoal grill and smoker designed to sit in an outdoor kitchen worktop or on its own base. It grills, smokes, roasts, bakes and sears, and the thick ceramic body keeps temperatures stable while using charcoal efficiently.

Care and maintenance
Follow the assembly instructions carefully, as the ceramic body is very heavy and needs two people to position. Let the grill cool fully before removing ash, keep the vents clean and check the gasket regularly. Use a cover between cooks and never use lighter fluid in a ceramic grill.
