This website is operated by Woonliva, 16 The Pasture, Crawley RH10 7AN, United Kingdom ("Woonliva", "we", "us"). We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. 2. Information We Collect

Order information: name, billing and delivery address, e-mail address, phone number, the products you order and your order history.
Payment information: payments are processed by Shopify Payments and the card networks. We never see or store your full card number.
Communication: messages you send us through the contact form, by e-mail or by phone.
Device and usage information: IP address, browser type, pages viewed and cookie identifiers, collected as described in our Cookie Policy.
Newsletter: your e-mail address if you subscribe (you can unsubscribe at any time).

3. How and Why We Use Your Information

To process, deliver and support your order - legal basis: performance of a contract.
To answer your enquiries and handle returns, cancellations and complaints - contract and legitimate interests.
To prevent fraud and keep our shop secure - legitimate interests and legal obligation.
To keep accounting and tax records - legal obligation.
To send our newsletter and measure our website with analytics or marketing cookies - only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

4. Sharing With Third Parties

We share personal data only with the service providers we need to run the shop: Shopify (e-commerce platform and payment processing), our delivery carriers (Royal Mail, DPD and our pallet courier) for delivery, our order-tracking provider, and our professional advisers. We never sell your personal data. Some providers (such as Shopify) may process data outside the UK; where they do, the transfer is protected by UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement / UK Addendum to the EU standard contractual clauses.

5. Cookies and Consent

We use strictly necessary cookies to run the shop (basket, checkout, security). Other cookies - preferences, analytics and marketing - are only set if you accept them in our cookie banner. 6. How Long We Keep Your Data

Order and accounting records are kept for 6 years to meet HMRC requirements. Customer service messages are kept for up to 3 years after the last contact. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Data is then deleted or anonymised.

7. Your Rights

Under the UK GDPR you have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected, to have it erased, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, e-mail contact@woonliva.com. We reply within one month.

You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire SK9 5AF, ico.org.uk, telephone 0303 123 1113. We would, however, appreciate the chance to deal with your concerns first.

8. Data Security

Our shop runs on Shopify's PCI DSS compliant platform and every page is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Access to customer data is limited to the people who need it to fulfil your order.
