It reaches up to 500 degrees C (950 degrees F) and a lateral gas burner gives consistent heat over a removable cordierite stone. The stand sets the oven at a comfortable height and adds preparation space, tool hooks and four wheels.

Check the gas hose and regulator for wear before each use and close the gas supply at the cylinder after cooking. Let the oven cool fully before cleaning or covering it, and never use it indoors.
