Description
A large ceramic kamado charcoal grill and smoker on a heavy-duty cart, supplied with a pizza oven insert and pizza peel. It covers low-and-slow smoking, roasting and high-heat searing, and the pizza accessories add stone-baked style pizza to the menu for family meals and entertaining.

Care and maintenance
Follow the assembly instructions carefully, as the ceramic body is very heavy and needs two people to position. Let the grill cool fully before removing ash, keep the vents clean and check the gasket regularly. Use a cover between cooks and never use lighter fluid in a ceramic grill.
