This air resistance exercise bike is designed for interval, endurance and conditioning training at home. Resistance rises naturally as you pedal harder, and an adjustable damper lets you fine-tune the feel from fast cadence work to hard efforts. A freewheel clutch and quiet belt drive give smooth transitions between intervals.

Care and maintenance
Wipe the frame and seat after each session to remove sweat. Check the pedals and adjustment levers are tight before riding, and use the bike on a flat, stable floor.
