Description
An outdoor pizza oven for wood or charcoal with a 17 inch (43 cm) cooking area, reaching up to 500 degrees C (950 degrees F) and cooking pizza in as little as 60 seconds. It also handles roast chicken, steaks and deep-dish pies. A gas burner can be added later and is sold separately.

Let the oven cool completely before brushing out ash and covering it. Use only dry, seasoned hardwood and never use the oven indoors or under a low roof.
