This smart frame replaces your outdoor bike on a compatible direct-drive smart trainer, creating a permanently ready indoor cycling station. Integrated handlebar controls let you shift, steer and trigger in-app actions, and the frame adjusts quickly for riders from 152 to 198 cm. The trainer is not included.
