Care and maintenance

Follow the assembly instructions carefully, as the ceramic body is very heavy and needs two people to position. Let the grill cool fully before removing ash, keep the vents clean and check the gasket regularly. Use a cover between cooks and never use lighter fluid in a ceramic grill.
