Description
This all-in-one strength station combines a dual-pulley cable crossover, power rack functions, pull-up and dip stations and a seated row. Two built-in 88.5 kg weight stacks give 177 kg of resistance, and the free-standing steel frame needs no floor or wall fixing. Barbell, bench and weight plates are not included.

Care and maintenance
Follow the assembly instructions carefully and check cables, pulleys and bolts regularly for wear. Wipe pads and grips after training and keep the weight stack guide rods clean.
